custom post types - How to create single-portfolio.php that applies only to specific category

matteradmin7PV0评论

I need to be able to target some recurring text on a cpt (Portfolio) post in a specific category so I can hide it via css. I have over a hundred of these posts in the "sold" category and don’t want to do them by hand.

I know I can create a single-portfolio.php file but how to edit that so it only applies to those with a category of "sold?"
