    Reset to default 2

    Two plugins that i know:

    • Rich Category Editor
    • Category Description Editor

    but I haven't tried them on the new 3.1 so check them out.

    If you are using Yoast as your SEO plugin it will enabled the rich editor for categories/tags by default.
